An experiment form about 4 years ago. I was writing and performing music for a circus/theatre performance along with young musician James Minas for Citrus Arts called Ceirw - Savage Hart. After the preview performance one of the comments I got back from the producer was that there was too much cello. So I thought right you've asked for it - I got hold a ring modulator guitar pedal. A good way of creating outlandish inharmonic sounds, with pizz it makes the cello sound gamelan like with bowing you get weird electronic buzzy textures. So this is something I first created using the ring modulator with cello.
