Reworked from the introduction to The Watchers of The Skies by Carol Florence Graham. 'Whisperer' on Song Lines started its life in this collaboration.

Carol Florence Graham is a poet-storyteller who enjoys creating pieces that blend together ancient myths and poetry with stories drawn from personal histories. ‘Between the Waves and the Shoreline’ is the opening of ‘Watchers of the Skies’ which explores ancient astronomy in epic poems and is based on a Homeric Hymn. The show toured in 2015-2017 and included live music composed and performed by Simon McCorry.
