Rather than reiterating the same parameters for a commission I try to sometimes approach an idea or feeling form very different angles. These are all for the same section of a contemporary dance piece I'm working on for Fabula Collective. The first is a trio for piano and two cellos, Neoclassical almost in style on a waltz rhythm. The second uses heavier sound design elements of radio static and voices with an empty processed piano part. The third goes into electronic music dance territory using modular synth.
