This album was originally released to raise money for Epilepsy Action for Epilepsy Awareness Day (Purple Day) 2023. Thanks to every one to contributed toward that. We raised £183

Last year I was diagnosed with epilepsy, something I have lived with probably for quite a long time without realising the cause of the frequent strange cognitive disturbances and distortions I have gone through and have tried to keep to myself, eventually unsucessfully. A diagnosis though a weight lifted brings a lot of other baggage and problems.

Epilepsy comes in many forms and comes with many different experiences as there are individuals. As well as the condition itself there is a halo of other things to deal with that come with it like anxiety, depression and insecurity.
